Visits may generate infrastructure logs at OVHcloud containing an IP address, request time, requested URL, response status and technical browser information. These support website delivery, diagnostics and protection against abuse.
When you email us, we process your sender address, message and information you choose to provide to reply or handle your request. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without a return address. Do not send passwords, keys or identity documents.
Legal basis
Website operation, protection and ordinary enquiries rely on the controller’s legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): maintaining the service and communicating with interested people. For steps you request before entering a contract, Article 6(1)(b) may apply. Compliance with legal obligations relies on Article 6(1)(c).

This website’s code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, include tracking pixels, or load fonts from third parties. Theme and spark-effect preferences are stored only in browser local storage to remember your choices. Clear site data to remove them. The page address determines the language.

OVHcloud provides web hosting and Zimbra email. The provider may process technical data to deliver those services. This website contains ordinary external links; opening them subjects your visit to that provider’s policies. We do not embed external players or social widgets.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to address the matter, and afterwards only as required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend claims within the applicable limitation period. Infrastructure logs are retained according to provider configuration and obligations; we do not create our own browsing-history database. Appearance preferences remain in your browser until site data is cleared.
Your rights
Depending on the basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing and exercise data portability where applicable. Contact us by email. You may complain to the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority. This website does not make automated decisions with legal effects or perform advertising profiling.
